href=\"https:\/\/www.hornoalmadain.com\/index.php\/2021\/05\/19\/el-pan-es-saludable-y-no-engorda\/\">saludable y porque no engorda<\/a>.\u00a0<\/strong>La <strong>dieta mediterr\u00e1nea<\/strong> \u00a0fue reconocida <span>en 2010 por la UNESCO, como <strong>patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial de la Humanidad.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>Constituye <span>uno de los estilos de vida m\u00e1s equilibrados y saludables del mundo, donde el <strong>trigo<\/strong>, <strong>la vid<\/strong> y el <strong>aceite de oliva<\/strong>, forman la <strong>\u00abtriada mediterr\u00e1nea\u00bb.<\/strong> Forma parte del modelo alimentario y de la cultura en <strong>Espa\u00f1a<\/strong> y por supuesto en <strong>Andaluc\u00eda<\/strong>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span>En la <strong>dieta mediterr\u00e1nea<\/strong> , el pan resulta esencial, por ser un<strong> alimento completo, saludable y b\u00e1sico<\/strong>, como complemento del resto de alimentos y tambi\u00e9n por si de agua y un alto contenido de <strong>hidratos de carbono<\/strong> complejos en forma de <strong>almid\u00f3n<\/strong> (58% en el pan blanco y 49% en el pan integral). El pan pr\u00e1cticamente <strong>no tiene grasa<\/strong> (1% en el pan blanco) y como todos los alimentos de origen vegetal <strong>carece de colesterol<\/strong>.
