{"id":2984,"date":"2021-06-23T05:55:00","date_gmt":"2021-06-23T03:55:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.hornoalmadain.com\/?p=2984"},"modified":"2023-06-19T18:38:13","modified_gmt":"2023-06-19T17:38:13","slug":"el-chulo-de-los-panes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hornoalmadain.com\/index.php\/2021\/06\/23\/el-chulo-de-los-panes\/","title":{"rendered":"El chulo de los panes."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Cada uno tiene sus gustos y ya se dice que \u00abpara gustos los colores\u00bb, los hay que prefieren el <strong>bollo<\/strong> y otros el <strong>chulo. <\/strong>El <strong>chulo<\/strong> o <strong>albarda<\/strong>, es un pan andaluz, con apariencia al bollo pero sin picos, redondeado con miga prieta y sin alv\u00e9olos, con una fina corteza crujiente y con un sabor riqu\u00edsimo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El <strong>chulo<\/strong> se hace con harina candeal, con masa madre, levadura fresca, sal y agua. Como en el resto de masas bregadas, su proporci\u00f3n de agua es baja, con un tiempo de amasado corto y el secreto es estirar varias veces la masa, hasta que va adquiriendo una textura lisa y aterciopelada. Lo que le da esa forma caracter\u00edstica del <strong>chulo sevillano, <\/strong>de masa dura pero m\u00e1s blanda, casi tipo viena.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Horno Al-Madain ofrece tres formatos de chulos: 150 grs, 90 grs y 50 grs.
