La miel y el vino son los protagonistas de su sabor.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"block-elto desc-ingredientes\">\n<div class=\"subtitle\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Ingredientes<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div class=\"value\">\n<ul>\n<li>Pan especial torrijas<\/li>\n<li>Miel<\/li>\n<li>Aceite de girasol<\/li>\n<li>Huevos<\/li>\n<li>Vino blanco<\/li>\n<li>Az\u00facar Molida<\/li>\n<li>Vino de pasas<\/li>\n<li>Canela en rama<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"block-elto elaboracion\">\n<div class=\"subtitle\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"value\">\n<p align=\"justify\">En un recipiente con el vino blanco, el vino pasa, un poco de az\u00facar y la canela en rama, movemos bien a la vez que le damos un poco de calor para que\u00a0los sabores de los vinos y la canela se unifican mejor.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Dispondremos unos platos soperos puestos bocabajo sobre una bandeja. Y en otro recipiente tendremos los huevos batidos, y en el perol tendremos el aceite de girasol.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Una vez el aceite caliente, iremos pasando tres segundos por cada cara de las torrijas en el vino, dej\u00e1ndolas escurrir sobre el plato, a continuaci\u00f3n las pasamos por el huevo batido, para pasar a continuaci\u00f3n fre\u00edr.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Una vez las tengamos, las iremos pasando por la miel desle\u00edda en agua, las dejamos hervir y a la fuente. Tendremos preparada una rejilla, o bien un pa\u00f1o de cocina, con el fin de poner disponer las torrijas, una vez las remojamos en el agua calentita. Dejaremos reposar un ratito.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\">Batimos los huevos, primero montaremos las claras a punto de nieve y despu\u00e9s a\u00f1adimos las yemas para mezclarlas bien<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\">Tendremos en un perol el aceite caliente. Pasamos las torrijas por el batido de huevos y, posteriormente, las vamos friendo d\u00e1ndole vueltas para dorarlas al gusto.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\">Una vez fritas todas las torrijas, en una cacerola ponemos miel junto con un poco de agua, az\u00facar, palo de canela y cascara de lim\u00f3n.
