Lo que le da ese aroma y textura de <strong>pan de pueblo<\/strong>, el <strong>pan<\/strong> de toda la vida.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Horno Al-Madain<\/strong> apost\u00f3 desde su creaci\u00f3n en 2004, por no entrar en el fren\u00e9tico ritmo impuesto por el actual modelo de consumo y la industrializaci\u00f3n de los procesos productivos. Por eso,\u00a0<strong>Horno Al-Madain<\/strong> elabora su pan de manera tradicional, <strong>horneado con biomasa. <\/strong>Hemos apostado por lo natural.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>biomasa<\/strong> como alternativa energ\u00e9tica, tiene muchas ventajas medioambientales, econ\u00f3micas y sociales, frente a los hornos convencionales de gas o gasoil. Lo que nos permite <strong>cocer el pan<\/strong> con <strong>energ\u00eda renovable, natural y ecol\u00f3gica<\/strong>. Y, es lo m\u00e1s parecido a un horno de le\u00f1a tradicional.<\/p>\n<p>La <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hornoalmadain.com\/index.php\/2021\/05\/07\/coccion-ecologica-del-pan\/\"><strong>biomasa<\/strong><\/a> son <strong>pellets:<\/strong> cilindros compuestos de serr\u00edn compactado y deshidratado, que proceden del pino, de casta\u00f1o o de poda de olivo. Lo que nos aporta una cocci\u00f3n m\u00e1s lenta, ofreciendo calidad, textura, sabor, una corteza m\u00e1s crujiente y valor a\u00f1adido al pan.
