Como indica su nombre, su proceso de cocci\u00f3n dura menos tiempo y a continuaci\u00f3n se somete a un proceso de ultracongelaci\u00f3n. El <strong>pan precocido<\/strong> puede hornearse en el momento que se desee y es la soluci\u00f3n para cualquier imprevisto. y de color dorado.<\/figure>\r\n<!-- \/wp:post-content -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>El <strong>pan precocido<\/strong> se realiza mediante la t\u00e9cnica de la cocci\u00f3n <strong>en dos tiempos<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>La <strong>masa<\/strong> se elabora mediante el proceso tradicional, con harina, levadura, agua, sal y aditivos. <strong>Se hornea\u00a0<\/strong>durante la mitad del tiempo recomendado para su cocci\u00f3n completa.
