Considerada una de las hortalizas de temporada m\u00e1s representativas de esta \u00e9poca del a\u00f1o. Y, un plato recurrente para estos d\u00edas en que bajan las temperaturas es una <strong>crema de calabaza<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes (4 personas):<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>600 g de calabaza<\/li>\n<li>1 puerro grande o dos peque\u00f1os<\/li>\n<li>1 cebolla grande<\/li>\n<li>2 patatas gallegas<\/li>\n<li>5 zanahorias medianas<\/li>\n<li>50 ml de aceite de oliva virgen extra<\/li>\n<li>Sal fina (al gusto), sal Maldon (para adornar)<\/li>\n<li>1 litro de agua o de caldo de verduras o ave<\/li>\n<li>Opcional: 4 g de curry en polvo<\/li>\n<li>2 g de nuez moscada en polvo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h2>\n<p><span>Pelamos el puerro y troceamos en dos porque s\u00f3lo vamos a emplear la parte blanca. Del mismo modo pelamos la cebolla y cortamos en dados grandes. La a\u00f1adimos directamente a la cazuela con el puerro. Removemos y pochamos a fuego lento durante 5 minutos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Lavamos y pelamos la calabaza, las zanahorias y las patatas. Cortamos las patatas en trozos peque\u00f1os. Y, las a\u00f1adimos a la misma cazuela con el puerro y la cebolla, espolvoreamos con sal fina.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Echamos todo a la cazuela y removemos bien, rehogando durante 15 minutos a fuego medio. A\u00f1adimos un litro de agua o caldo. Probamos de sal y si hace falta a\u00f1adimos. Trituramos con la batidora hasta conseguir una textura cremosa.
