Una <strong>vida sana<\/strong>: dejar de fumar, no beber bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas, dormir mejor, ejercicios posturales, consejos de seguridad en el hogar, en el coche, prevenci\u00f3n de ca\u00eddas en los ancianos, entre otros&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Una correcta <strong>alimentaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, variada y equilibrada, es la base de una buena salud.
