Su pasado reflejo de las diversas civilizaciones que han dejado su impronta en estas tierras a lo largo de los siglos. Como la celtibera. romana y \u00e1rabe que dio el nombre a Aznalc\u00e1zar, que deriva del \u00e1rabe \u00abHisn-al-Qasr\u00bb, que significa \u00abfortaleza del palacio\u00bb., <\/span><\/p>\n<p ><span><strong>Aznalc\u00e1zar<\/strong> conserva monumentos de gran valor hist\u00f3rico, como la Iglesia Parroquial de San Pablo, una de las m\u00e1s bellas obras representativas del mud\u00e9jar sevillano del siglo XIV, y la Fuente Vieja, una muestra del barroco civil en Andaluc\u00eda, <strong>Aznalc\u00e1zar<\/strong> conserva <strong>monumentos<\/strong> de gran valor hist\u00f3rico, como la Iglesia Parroquial de San Pablo, una obra representativa del mud\u00e9jar sevillano del siglo XIV y la Fuente Vieja, una muestra del barroco civil en Andaluc\u00eda del siglo XVIII.<\/span><\/p>\n<p >Los Pinares de Aznalc\u00e1zar, al sur de la poblaci\u00f3n, ofrecen un espacio de esparcimiento y contacto con la <strong>naturaleza mediterr\u00e1nea<\/strong>. P<span>arte de su t\u00e9rmino municipal se encuentra el Parque Nacional de Do\u00f1ana, declarado Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p ><strong>Aznalc\u00e1zar<\/strong> es famosa por e<span>l paso de las Hermandades del <strong>Roc\u00edo<\/strong> por el <strong>Vado de Quema<\/strong>, Fiesta de Inter\u00e9s Tur\u00edstico Nacional de Andaluc\u00eda. La Semana Santa y la Feria en honor al Sant\u00edsimo Corpus Christi son sus fiestas m\u00e1s conocidas. .<\/span><\/p>\n<p ><span>Su <strong>gastronom\u00eda<\/strong> local\u200b\u200b se caracteriza por platos o guisos t\u00edpicos como: cocidos, potajes, y pucheros; garbanzos con tagarninas, ch\u00edcharos, las carnes de caza y las setas. Sus dulces de hojaldre y los mantecados de canela y almendra.
