E<span>s un cultivo vivo, en contante reproducci\u00f3n y que necesita alimentarse para sobrevivir. Si est\u00e1 a temperatura ambiente nuestra masa madre, deber\u00edamos de alimentarla todos los d\u00edas. Cuando se guarda en frio, las levaduras y bacterias presentes en dicho cultivo se duermen y ralentizan su actividad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Con el cuidado adecuado, una masa madre puede durar indefinidamente<\/b><span>.
