Es el plato t\u00edpico de <strong>Dos Hermanas<\/strong> (Sevilla) por excelencia. Aunque podr\u00eda parecerse por su aspecto a los bu\u00f1uelos de bacalao, la tarbina es diferente. Porque en su elaboraci\u00f3n no se utiliza el huevo como ingrediente, lo que la convertir\u00eda en un bu\u00f1uelo. Por eso, a la hora de fre\u00edrlas se vuelven algo m\u00e1s deformes, frente al bu\u00f1uelo que es m\u00e1s redondo. Las <strong>tarbinas<\/strong> y el <strong>pan de Dos Hermanas<\/strong> podemos decir que son un producto de Dos Hermanas, del que todos los nazarenos nos sentimos orgullosos y que no falta en las mesas durante la vigilia.<\/p>\r\n<!-- \/wp:post-content -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>Los <strong>ingredientes<\/strong> son: \u00bc kilo de bacalao desmigado, \u00bc kilo de harina de trigo, 2 cebolletas bien picadas, 1 diente de ajo, 2 cucharadas de hierbabuena, 3 cucharadas de perejil, piment\u00f3n molido al gusto, 1 cucharada de levadura, agua y aceite de oliva para fre\u00edr.<\/p>\r\n<p><b>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/b><\/p>\r\n<p>Se pone el bacalao en remojo la noche anterior. Se tira el agua y se desmenuza, quitando la piel y las espinas. Tambi\u00e9n se puede comprar ya desalado.<\/p>\r\n<p>Se pica \u00a0la cebolleta con el perejil, los ajos pelados y el bacalao en trozos, hasta que quede fino.<\/p>\r\n<p>Se a\u00f1ade el huevo ligeramente batido y el agua, removiendo. Incorporamos poco a poco la harina mezclada con la levadura , mezcl\u00e1ndolo\u00a0 bien hasta que quede una masa cremosa y ligera.<\/p>\r\n<p>Dejamos reposar unos minutos, mientras calentamos abundante aceite en una sart\u00e9n honda o perol.<\/p>\r\n<p>Se fr\u00eden\u00a0 cucharadas de masa en el aceite bien caliente, hasta que se doren.
