Un plato de legumbres que es lo m\u00e1s reconfortante para los d\u00edas de frio. Las <strong>alubias o ch\u00edcharos<\/strong>, es un alimento con <strong>bajo contenido en grasa<\/strong> y <strong>alto contenido de prote\u00edna de origen vegetal<\/strong> (deficitaria en metionina). Tambi\u00e9n es importante su contenido en<strong> fibra <\/strong>(soluble e insoluble), lo que favorece el tr\u00e1nsito intestinal y ayuda a combatir el estre\u00f1imiento. En el caso de vitaminas y minerales, son fuente de calcio y selenio y poseen un alto contenido de hierro, magnesio, zinc, potasio, f\u00f3sforo, tiamina, niacina y vitamina B6<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ingredientes-4-personas\">Ingredientes (4 personas):<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200 gramos alubias secas o ch\u00edcharos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2\u00a0cebollas medianas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 hoja de laurel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\u00a0patata grande<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\u00a0chorizo <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 dientes de ajo pelados<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>agua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sal <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bicarbonato (para poner las alubias en remojo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Cucharadas de aceite<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 dientes de ajos (cortados a l\u00e1minas)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharadita de piment\u00f3n dulce<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-preparacion\">Preparaci\u00f3n: <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Poner los ch\u00edcharos en remojo con agua fr\u00eda y bicarbonato<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lavamos los ch\u00edcharos y los ponemos en la olla express, ponemos la cebolla cortada, los ajos, el laurel y el chorizo. Cubrimos de agua y cerramos la olla, 8 minutos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cuando ha salido el vapor, se pasan a una cazuela, se a\u00f1aden las patatas, la sal y el refrito. Que se hace en una sart\u00e9n, con 2 cucharadas de aceite, 2 dientes de ajo, se a\u00f1ade el piment\u00f3n y se vierte el refrito en los ch\u00edcharos. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se pone a cocer a fuego lento, hasta que las patatas est\u00e9n cocidas. Cuando est\u00e9 espeso y los ch\u00edcharos enteros, se retira. Y, a comer los ch\u00edcharos con chorizo&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Para acompa\u00f1ar una <strong>andaluza peque\u00f1a 80 gramos<\/strong>. La <strong>andaluza<\/strong> es una viena de forma ovalada de miga blanda, esponjosidad, de corteza fina y crujiente.
