Una provincia con decenas de castillos y <strong>pueblos que <\/strong>combinan historia y cultura en un entorno natural con bosques y r\u00edos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ciudades como <strong>\u00dabeda<\/strong>, <strong>Baeza<\/strong>, la Iruela, Valdepe\u00f1as de Ja\u00e9n, Alcal\u00e1 la Real, Segura de la Sierra, Hornos de Segura, Martos o Quesada. Parajes como la <strong>Sierra de Cazorla, Segura y Las Villas<\/strong>, con profundos valles y frondosos bosques, el agua, su vegetaci\u00f3n y fauna.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La gastronom\u00eda de Ja\u00e9n es rica y variada, desde un guiso como los andrajos, una ensalada como la pipirrana, una especie de pure como el ajoatao, unas espinacas esparragadas, unas migas ruleras o un postre como los panetes o las paparajotas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Encontramos en la provincia de Ja\u00e9n panes sin levadura y con tan s\u00f3lo masa madre, harina, agua sal y con mucho amor. El <strong>pan<\/strong>, es un producto que es fundamental junto con el aceite de oliva de nuestra tierra. Y, est\u00e1 claro que si Ja\u00e9n es la meca del aceite de oliva virgen extra. Podemos afirmar sin equivocarnos que tienen panes a la altura de su aceite.
