Su nombre significa revoltijo. Su historia se remonta cuando los agricultores y trabajadores necesitaban una comida r\u00e1pida, revitalizante y llena de nutrientes para soportar las duras jornadas de calor en el campo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podemos disfrutar la pipirrana, sola como un plato ligero, o incluso transformarla en una tosta refrescante al colocarla sobre rebanadas de pan tostado.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 4 personas:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>800 gramos de tomates maduros<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 gramos de pimiento verde<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un diente de ajo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pepino <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cebolla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>aceitunas verdes o negras, a su gusto <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva virgen extra (45 mililitros aprox.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal al gusto gruesa o fina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opcional: Dos latas de at\u00fan en aceite de oliva 80 gramos aprox.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3n<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Limpia y pica las hortalizas. Trocear el tomate en dados de mayor tama\u00f1o. Se vierten las hortalizas ya picadas en un recipiente amplio. Se mezcla y se sazona con sal, vinagre y el aceite de oliva, Se puede verter unas latas de at\u00fan y decorar con aceitunas verdes o negras.
