El remoj\u00f3n de naranja es un plato de la \u00e9poca de los nazar\u00edes. Consiste en una ensalada de naranjas con bacalao, huevos duros, cebolla, aceite y vinagre. Se puede a\u00f1adir patatas, tomates, aceitunas y at\u00fan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong>:<br>2 Naranjas grandes<br>150 g bacalao desalado en su punto de sal<br>1\/2 cebolla<br>2 huevos duros<br>100 g aceitunas negras<br>3 cucharadas aceite de oliva virgen extra<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3n<\/strong>: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pelar las naranjas, retirando por completo la capa de piel blanca. Trocear la naranja en dados grandes, picar la cebolla y el bacalao y se coloca en un plato. Se adereza las naranjas con el zumo de un pomelo, se remueve todo y deja reposar. Antes de servir, se roc\u00eda con unas gotas de aceite y se decore con unas hojas de menta.
