Con garbanzos, bacalao y sus espinacas. Riqu\u00edsimo, sano y nutritivo.\u00a0Se trata de de un plato herencia de los d\u00edas de ayuno, donde el pescado, fundamentalmente el <strong>bacalao<\/strong>, tiene un papel primordial. Acompa\u00f1ado de un pan de chapata, como la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hornoalmadain.com\/index.php\/2022\/05\/17\/campesina-120-grs\/\">campesina<\/a> de <strong>Horno Al-Madain<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este guiso es el plato m\u00e1s t\u00edpico del <strong>Viernes Santo<\/strong>. Es un d\u00eda de ayuno y abstinencia y el bacalao se hace protagonista con el\u00a0potaje de vigilia. Y, se suele tomar como plato \u00fanico acompa\u00f1ado con unas buenas\u00a0torrijas caseras con<strong> pan de torrijas de Horno Al-Madain. \u00a0<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hornoalmadain.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/garbanzos-con-bacalao.jpg\" alt=\"garbanzos con bacalao\" class=\"wp-image-18484\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.hornoalmadain.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/garbanzos-con-bacalao.jpg 640w, https:\/\/www.hornoalmadain.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/garbanzos-con-bacalao-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Para elaborarlo hay que dejar los garbanzos en remojo desde la noche anterior. Calentar el aceite en una olla grande y fre\u00edr el ajo picado sin que se llegue a dorar. Rehogar los garbanzos y a\u00f1adir el piment\u00f3n. Se cubre el sofrito con agua o caldo de verduras<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>y se deja cocer hasta que est\u00e9n a medio hacer. Se a\u00f1aden  <strong>las espinacas y el bacalao<\/strong>. Bajar el fuego y dejar que se vaya cocinando hasta que se note c\u00f3mo los garbanzos est\u00e1n tiernos. Una vez comprobado si le falta sal, se retira del fuego y se deja reposar.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Garbanzos con
