El&nbsp;<strong>bacalao<\/strong>&nbsp;es un&nbsp;<strong>pescado blanco<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>rico en prote\u00ednas y muy bajo en grasas<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, es una<strong>&nbsp;fuente importante de vitaminas, minerales y prote\u00ednas<\/strong>. Pero no es nada aconsejable en personas que sufren hipertensi\u00f3n o problemas de retenci\u00f3n de l\u00edquidos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/sevilla.abc.es\/gurme\/recetas\/sevi-bacalao-en-tomate-201409030800_noticia.html\">bacalao en tomate<\/a> al m\u00e1s puro estilo sevillano<\/strong>, tiene varias formas de preparar un buen bacalao con tomate, depende de c\u00f3mo nos guste y de la calidad del bacalao. Una de ellas es en salsa de tomate, un guiso lleno de sabor y matices. El <strong>bacalao<\/strong> es un pescado muy salado. Por ello es necesario poner los lomos en agua durante al menos 48 horas antes de cocinarlo. Renueva el agua dos o tres veces. Se escurre lo m\u00e1ximo posible y se pasa por harina para rebozarlo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se fr\u00ede el pescado, no cocinarlo demasiado, se reserva el bacalao frito y se contin\u00faa preparando la salsa de tomate.&nbsp;Se a\u00f1ade la cebolla cortada muy finita y los dientes de ajo, se incorpora el perejil picado, una cucharadita de piment\u00f3n dulce, una pizca de sal y un pellizco de az\u00facar para restar la acidez.
