Incluso tenemos en nuestra gastronom\u00eda recetas tradicionales a base de pan, como las <strong>migas o las torrijas<\/strong>. A principio de a\u00f1o muchas personas comienzan una <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hornoalmadain.com\/index.php\/2021\/07\/05\/el-pan-en-la-dieta-mediterranea\/\">dieta<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una&nbsp;<strong>dieta variada y equilibrada<\/strong>, debe incluir pan, porque el pan no engorda, es lo que se come con \u00e9l. en la que se incluya el pan, no tenemos porqu\u00e9 engordar. El&nbsp;<strong>pan <\/strong>es<strong> <\/strong>una&nbsp;<strong>saludable fuente de energ\u00eda<\/strong>, si prescindimos de \u00e9l en nuestra dieta tenderemos a sustituirlo por otras grasas con el equivalente a un mayor aporte cal\u00f3rico. <strong>En la sociedad actual no se concibe comer sin pan<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hornoalmadain.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/el-pan-en-la-dieta.jpg\" alt=\"el pan en la dieta\" class=\"wp-image-17845\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.hornoalmadain.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/el-pan-en-la-dieta.jpg 640w, https:\/\/www.hornoalmadain.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/el-pan-en-la-dieta-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>El <strong>pan es un alimento rico en carbohidratos<\/strong>. Las recomendaciones nutritivas establecen que los carbohidratos deben suponer como m\u00ednimo el 50% del valor energ\u00e9tico total de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.diariodesevilla.es\/sociedad\/Unesco-Mediterranea-Patrimonio-Inmaterial-Humanidad_0_424757645.html\">dieta<\/a>. As\u00ed, en una dieta de 2.000 calor\u00edas (recomendada para una persona adulta), unas 1.000 deben proceder de estos nutrientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>pan<\/strong> <strong>no contiene ning\u00fan nutriente cuyo consumo excesivo se asocie con un mayor riesgo en el desarrollo de las llamadas patolog\u00edas occidentales<\/strong> (obesidad, diabetes, enfermedades de vasos sangu\u00edneos y coraz\u00f3n).
