Se elaboran con carnes completamente curadas. Las cuales se fermentan y luego son desecadas o secadas al aire. Este tipo de&nbsp;<strong>embutido<\/strong>&nbsp;pueden primeramente pasar por el proceso de ahumado antes de pasar al siguiente proceso que es el desecado. Se utilizan carne, normalmente de cerdo, que se pica, embucha y adoba, por lo que&nbsp;se excluye a <strong>nuestro jam\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;que solo es carne en salaz\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>chacina<\/strong> tiene una presencia notable en todas las provincias andaluzas, pero especialmente en la sierra de Aracena, Jabugo, Cumbres Mayores y Cortegana (Huelva), que dan origen a ese producto inigualado que es el cerdo ib\u00e9rico. Donde dentro de las posibilidades de cada uno, no suelen faltar en los entrantes de las comidas navide\u00f1as. Una buena <strong>chacina invita acompa\u00f1arla siempre con un buen trozo de pan<\/strong>.
