Del verano pasamos al oto\u00f1o, los d\u00edas se van haciendo m\u00e1s cortos y entre los meses de octubre y diciembre, empieza a hacer m\u00e1s\u00a0fr\u00edo<strong> y nuestro cuerpo empieza a pedirnos comidas calientes.<\/strong> Vuelve el cuchareo y las ganas de acompa\u00f1arlo con un <strong>buen pan artesano de calidad como el de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hornoalmadain.com\/\">Horno Al-Madain<\/a><\/strong>. Y despu\u00e9s de una buena comida, apetece un buen postre. Es la cocina de la abuela, basada en una <strong>dieta mediterr\u00e1nea<\/strong>. Tomando los sabores y aromas de los productos del campo, del mar y de la monta\u00f1a. Con buen aceite de oliva. Donde tienen cabida los <strong>guisos<\/strong>, <strong>cazuelas<\/strong>, <strong>estofados<\/strong> y <strong>pescados de toda la vida<\/strong>.
