Hasta que est\u00e9 todo bien triturado y quede una crema homog\u00e9nea. El pan debe ser blanco de buena calidad y preferiblemente de uno o dos d\u00edas. <strong>En Horno Al-Madain<\/strong> recomendamos el&nbsp;<strong>pan de telera<\/strong>, un pan candeal. Que se le quita la mayor parte de la corteza, la m\u00e1s dura. El <strong>salmorejo <\/strong>es una crema fr\u00eda servida habitualmente como primer plato, se trata de una preparaci\u00f3n tradicional en C\u00f3rdoba.<em>&nbsp;<\/em>Pero, se consume ya en todo Andaluc\u00eda y Espa\u00f1a.
