Surgi\u00f3 de la necesidad de prolongar la vida \u00fatil de la carne, as\u00ed nuestros antepasados inventaron este manjar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En <strong>Andaluc\u00eda<\/strong> tenemos la suerte de tener el jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico que se obtiene de una raza aut\u00f3ctona, distinta de la del cerdo com\u00fan o cerdo blanco. El h\u00e1bitat natural de estos cerdos se encuentra en una zona muy concreta de Espa\u00f1a, que abarca Extremadura, el sur de Salamanca y Andaluc\u00eda occidental.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>jam\u00f3n de cerdo ib\u00e9rico<\/strong> se reconoce, por su pezu\u00f1a negra, estilizada, una ca\u00f1a alargada y lleno de vetas de grasa. Seg\u00fan la alimentaci\u00f3n durante el engorde determina tres tipos de jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>De <strong>bellota<\/strong>, que es fruto de su pastoreo por la dehesa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De <strong>recebo<\/strong>, a base de una alimentaci\u00f3n mixta, de dehesa y pienso.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Y, de <strong>cebo,<\/strong> alimentado tan solo a base de pienso.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hornoalmadain.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/pan-con-jamon.jpg\" alt=\"pan con jam\u00f3n\" class=\"wp-image-16821\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.hornoalmadain.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/pan-con-jamon.jpg 640w, https:\/\/www.hornoalmadain.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/pan-con-jamon-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>El <strong>jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico<\/strong> es un alimento con sus&nbsp;inconfundibles caracter\u00edsticas organol\u00e9pticas y&nbsp;<em>sus propiedades<\/em>&nbsp;nutricionales son determinantes de&nbsp;<em>su<\/em>&nbsp;calidad excepcional. <strong>Fuente de&nbsp;vitaminas,&nbsp;minerales&nbsp;y prote\u00ednas<\/strong>&nbsp;de alta calidad muy&nbsp;<strong>\u00fatiles para nuestro proceso nutricional<\/strong>&nbsp;diario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y, para acompa\u00f1ar un buen jam\u00f3n solo nos hace falta un buen pan. Como nuestro <strong>campestre de Horno Al-Madain<\/strong> en rebanadas y tostadas ligeramente, ali\u00f1adas con un poco de aceite de oliva virgen. frotado con un poco de ajo o acompa\u00f1ado con tomate frotado o en rodajas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una mezcla beneficiosa para nuestro organismo. E<strong>l pan&nbsp;<\/strong>nos aporta altas cantidades de hidratos de carbono necesarios para obtener energ\u00eda r\u00e1pida para estar con fuerzas y as\u00ed hacer frente a la actividad diaria. <strong>El aceite de oliva&nbsp;<\/strong>es una buena fuente de \u00e1cidos grasos necesarios para el correcto funcionamiento del organismo, y es que constituye una buena fuente de omega 3. Y, el <strong>jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico<\/strong>&nbsp;una muy buena fuente de prote\u00ednas y de \u00e1cidos grasos saludables.  <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>pan con
