Hay muchos tipos de pan, de diferentes panaderos, de formas de elaboraci\u00f3n. Pero, hay una cosa que es fundamental, <strong>que el pan sea bueno<\/strong>. Un <strong>buen pan es el que se come solo,<\/strong> el que tienes ganas de pellizcar. Un buen pan no necesita tostarlo, ni untar con aceite, ni ponerle nada. El pan es el que manda, por su aspecto, por su olor&#8230; Un pan artesano, de fermentaci\u00f3n y de cocci\u00f3n lenta. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Desconf\u00eda de la publicidad<\/strong> de grandes superficies, supermercados y cadenas de panader\u00edas. Anunciar un pan como \u201cartesano\u201d, \u201cde tahona\u201d o \u201cde horno de le\u00f1a\u201d no lo convierte en un buen pan, sino es artesano de verdad.
