Porque el pan no es solo el acompa\u00f1ante de las comidas de Navidad sino que es un ingrediente b\u00e1sico en nuestras mesas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las cenas y comidas navide\u00f1as deben ser una alimentaci\u00f3n equilibrada y saludable. Os proponemos disfrutarlas con&nbsp;<strong>alimentos saludables y equilibrados para Navidad<\/strong>&nbsp;que evitar\u00e1n que acabes con algunos kilos de m\u00e1s. Los caldos, sopas, verduras y pures pueden ser una estupenda forma de iniciar las comidas y cenas navide\u00f1as. Acompa\u00f1ado de entrantes, despu\u00e9s una carne o un pescado.  Y, para los m\u00e1s golosos, el postre: turrones, polvorones, bizcochos.
