Materias primas no modificadas gen\u00e9ticamente, es decir, alimentos que <strong>respeten el medio ambiente.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En nuestro compromiso ecol\u00f3gico hemos apostado por una <strong>cocci\u00f3n del pan<\/strong> limpia para el medio ambiente. <strong>Sin utilizar fuentes f\u00f3siles como el gasoil y o el gas natural. <\/strong>Nuestra decisi\u00f3n ha sido apostar por los\u00a0<strong>pellets de madera, un tipo de combustible de biomasa<\/strong> para una <strong>cocci\u00f3n ecol\u00f3gica del pan<\/strong>.<br \/>\nLos pellets de madera son una fuente de energ\u00eda ecol\u00f3gica, limpia, sostenible y renovable. Gracias a esta tecnolog\u00eda nos permite modular la temperatura y potencia que deseamos en cada momento para la cocci\u00f3n del pan. El calor producido por la biomasa, es decir con los <strong>pellets<\/strong>, influye en un <b>pan de mejor calidad y sabor<\/b>, ya que este se cocina al fuego de la biomasa, <strong>como en los antiguos hornos de le\u00f1a<\/strong>.
