Que respeta la <strong>tradici\u00f3n<\/strong> de las recetas de siempre, con la <strong>pasi\u00f3n<\/strong> de hacer un <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>pan nazareno<\/strong><\/span> de calidad.\u00a0<\/p><p>Porque nazareno es el gentilicio de <span>los nacidos en\u00a0<\/span><span>Dos Hermanas<\/span><span>. Proviene, seg\u00fan la leyenda popular, <\/span><span>del apellido de las hermanas <strong>Elvira y Estefan\u00eda Nazareno<\/strong><\/span><span>, que dan nombre a la ciudad.<\/span><\/p><p>Decir pan nazareno, es decir, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hornoalmadain.com\/index.php\/2022\/04\/22\/pan-de-dos-hermanas\/\">pan de Dos alimentos en el siglo XVI<\/strong>\u00bb de Gregorio Garc\u00eda Baquero-L\u00f3pez dice que: \u00abEl pan amasado en la ciudad no era suficiente para abastecer a la poblaci\u00f3n de Sevilla, por eso una gran parte del pan ven\u00eda de fuera.\n\nY, otro historiador sevillano Alonso Morgado refiere que: \u00absin las infinitas panaderas de Sevilla, la proveen de pan cozido ordinariamente Utrera, <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Dos Hermanas<\/strong><\/span>, Alcal\u00e1 de Guadayra, Alcal\u00e1 del R\u00edo, los Palacios, Gandul, Mayrena, el Viso, Benajete, Coronil, los las que despertaban a Dos Hermanas con su alegr\u00eda, haciendo cola en las panader\u00edas, a primera hora de la ma\u00f1ana. Comprando bollos, molletes, bobas, cantos, para comer en el almac\u00e9n y despu\u00e9s en sus casas con su familia.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>Pan nazareno<\/strong> en la postguerra, que a <span>falta de harina de trigo. Se hac\u00eda pan con harina de cebada, centeno y otro cereal al que llamaban \u201cmani\u00f3n\u201d. Pero, se continu\u00f3 haciendo un pan <strong>orgullo de Dos Hermanas<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p><span>El <strong>pan de Dos Hermanas<\/strong> se logra mantener con vida en panader\u00edas que contin\u00faan elaborando el m\u00e1s genuino pan nazareno. <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Como es el caso de Horno Al-Madain<\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dos Hermanas tiene tradici\u00f3n de ciudad panadera.
